Discounted room rates are available until September 30, 2025 .
In addition to the conference/reunion dates, the discounted rate will be available for 5 days before and 5 days after, from October 25 to November 8 BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS.
After September 30, discounted rates may still be offered depending on the availability of rooms at the resort.
Cancellations are free up to 5 days before the event, while cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur charges.
Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $14 per day
